 Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from our store. If you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@venetio.com and include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to properly pack and ship the return back to us.

Return Shipping Costs


Who covers the shipping costs for a return depends on the reason for return:

- If the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping a wrong or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

- If the return is for any other reason, such as changing your mind, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item back to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package in case it gets lost in transit. Proper packaging and careful shipping help ensure your return arrives back in sellable condition.

 

Refunds Policy


Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your order. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of your return for the refund to process.

If you paid with a gift card or store credit, you will be refunded back to your gift card or store credit account.
